Good breakfast. Free parking under the windows.

No slippers. Not very comfortable sofa (extra bed). It was noisy (the windows were facing the road). Far from the nearest shop.

The Holiday Inn Express offered asuper clean and cozy Standard Room for my stay. The breakfast buffet had a fantastic selection, including a pancake making facility, which impressed me. I appreciated the easy parking in the underground car park...  

Booked wheelchair accessible room with bath and torn sheets plus a sofa bed, which I really appreciated.

Consider using the shuttle service for easy access to the Messe area, as walking isn't practical and it saves time.

Breakfast, tea and coffee in the room, there is a kettle and tea and coffee !

Not far from the city centre, no shops nearby.

The hotel staff was very helpful. The rooms are simple but very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also good. Upto two chlildren can sleep free in the sofa bed -:)....  

Wicked good stay with the fam! The reception crew was super friendly and helped us with everything, even ordered a pizza for us. The breakfast spread was amazing, really nice quality. I gotta say, having 10 of us in 3 rooms wasn't a hassle, unlike other places. We even enjoyed the extra sleep with a chill 12:00 check-out. Can't forget the comfy vibes in the room!

I booked this hotel because I wanted a place to spend the night after attending a Bruce Springsteen Concert at the Commerz Bank Arena. The information on your website indicated that the hotel was only 2 plus kilometers away from the Arena. The problem was that the distance provided must surely have been a straight line by air. By taxi, the round trip to the arena amounted to 60 Euro. Highly recommend that you adjust your distance information to reflect "Driving Distance". If you has provided such information, I would have booked the Holiday Inn which is in walking distance to the arena. One more thing - I would have expected that an American Based Hotel Chain would provide CNN Cable Television. There was no CNN.
